In todays solo show I discuss change. I wish to open your mind to the benefits of change and why we should embrace and encourage change rather than resist change. I am very fond of change.
Recently I made massive change in my life and that involved moving to Japan. Yes that’s right- I moved to Japan. Family to follow. This made me think a lot about change and why I seem to continually put myself into these situations.
I struggled with the change but being a change lover I have managed to accept, embrace work with the change to maximum effect. I hope you can get something out of this podcast and would encourage you to invite more change into your life.
Please leave your comments, thoughts and questions below and until next time, as always, peace, passion and purpose.

“The secret to having it all is to know that you already do.”
This is not New York best seller or a highly recognised book however the content is pretty cool. Christina is a businesswoman turn life-coach and is certainly not another overnight coach claiming to being able to transform others lives.
She has great experience in business as well as solid knowledge and life practices herself that help her lead a life that she desires. In this book she shares and delivers a great deal of information that can help you create and live with greater success.
There is not particular niche focus within the pages of this book but rather a broad focus on the key principles that you can adopt to ensure you create a life in which you have it all.
For those of you into personal transformation then much of the content in this book you will likely be familiar with. For others just starting out on their personal transformational journey or looking to make some change and create more momentum in their life, then this book is a great starting point.

If you can become better at how you deal with your environment and your circumstances you will lead a much richer life.
How well you respond to your daily life. Do you react without conscious awareness of do you manage to take a deep breath and then choose how you wish to respond.
This might help you realise that you are in control and certainly for those things that are outside your control may stop bothering you so greatly.
I hope you enjoy. Peace, passion and purpose.

“A good plan violently executed now, is better than a perfect plan executed next week.” George S. Patton
As pitched on the back cover of this book, is the idea that success is spawned out of having and maintaining effective habits rather than innate talents. When I think on this and ponder what this truly means, I feel refreshed.
Isn’t it great to know that we can all create our own successful lives by simply adopting effective habits? Well perhaps not always so simple but certainly achievable none the less.
In this book the authors discuss the idea of planning or organizing tomorrow, today. Again simple in thought and theory yet to put into practice is challenging and certainly something I must improve on myself. Yet the benefits can and will be significant.

We have so many great choices today. Yes in some part of the world people lack choice but for those of you who are reading this or listening to my podcast do have choice and have much more choice than perhaps you imagine.
We all have choice yet often we choose to evade responsibility and ownership of our life and rather than accepting that we have choice we blame others and our external circumstances.
This is my thought on what it means to have choice. Listen it!
