  • What does your future look like? Have a Clear Vision so you can put the pieces together.

When I wake each day after I exercise and then I like to mediate. It doesn’t take to long unless I do a lay down meditation in which after a workout I may fall asleep.

During the mediation I try clear the mind, focusing on breathing and taking breath to certain areas of the body. The mind wonders and I just encourage it to come back. Meditation seems to calm my mind so that I can work through my day with less pressure, and I do feel less stressed.

Whenever I distract myself from the focus of mediation and bring my attention back, I consider that a success. This is the goal of meditation, and that is to be able to control your mind when dealing with adversity so that your focus is not swayed and you can continue on a productive path.

At the end of my mediation I like to practice centering my thoughts on my bigger vision. Vision is different from goals. Its all about what my future looks and feels like and what I’ll be doing in life.

Each time I do this I gain a little more clarity. My vision adapts to new ideas and thoughts. I get passionate. I come out of my mediation with greater purpose a more clear direction of where I am heading.

This kind of focus helps you ask better questions as to every move you make. Is what you’re doing throughout the day purposeful in getting you closer to your vision? Your vision assists you in forming your goals.

Have you ever done a jigsaw puzzle? The first thing you do is look at the picture of what you hope to complete. You don’t simple just start trying to fit pieces together without the picture do you?

Have you ever tied building something in the workshop or try make a piece of clothing out of some fabric? You start with a vision and than draw up a plan. You look at photos for inspiration of what you desire to end up. You use a template or pattern to help you finish the project.

If you go through life without vision you will simply go through life with out real purpose. When you create a vision, you create purpose, and most likely your vision is one true to your deep desires, it is true to yourself and what you hope to achieve.

Everyone has wanted to be a rock star, famous actress or actor at some point in his or her life. Some go on living true to themselves and follow their passion. Some make it huge on a large scale and others simple find great pleasure that they continue perusing their dreams.

Others try chasing a path that is not unique to them and only continuing to live in disappointment when they themselves cannot follow that false vision they have set for themselves.

Get clear on your vision. Understand what it is you truly desire to achieve in this limited life. You have been granted this current vehicle you exist within and that is your body; make use of it to the best you possible can.

If you have not a clue as to what that may be than go out there and find it. Try things, experiment, and experience as much as you can. If what ever you do doesn’t light you up beyond 110 per cent not to worry, do it with full effort and attitude anyway and I promise other doors of opportunity will present themselves.

If your day job or your life is getting you down, quit! Leave it all and find something else. Who cares what it is. Your intuition will most likely tell you whether it feels right or not.

When you get that feeling in your stomach that it just feels right than do it. Likewise when that feeling comes across you that something doesn’t feel right than perhaps you best avoid it.

For whatever you do I must stress you carry yourself with the right attitudes, for those with wrong attitudes, doors will rarely open.

Have you ever tried getting your way with a partner or family member by screaming and yelling? It doesn’t work, does it? If you have ever attempted to get a refund on a product you bought by screaming and yelling? Most likely the outcome will not be a positive one.

The same is true for the universe. If you go out there into the world everyday screaming and yelling at the world and demanding that the universe give you all that you desire it will do the opposite. It will throw daggers and put up roadblocks, it will challenge you more because it feels this is the way you wish to be challenged.

Try resting your thoughts each day and focus in on what you desire. What is your vision of the future? If you find it difficult at first not to worry as I assure you will through practice it will become clearer each day.

After each session I am sure you will go out and face the day with renewed purpose. Your attitudes will be enhanced as suddenly you have something more to live for.

Day by day you will meet new opportunities, your vision will change and grow, and some day by continually improving yourself you will create that vision, you will make it a reality.
