    Key Take Outs

    • In failing. It is so easy to be too self-critical when one fails in life. No matter how large or small, failure can make us feel embarrassed and insignificant. It is a large part of the reason why many people stop pursuing their dreams. If in failure you pick yourself up again you will strengthen as failure is not a sign of weakness but a opportunity to learn and grow. View it as a win.
    • Love and support. We thrive in a world that embraces independency but the more people I speak to the more I realise that dependency allows us to progress. When you are struggling, when you need a boost, when you want to stretch out further than you already are, love and support will give you the courage and strength necessary. It allows us to become more than we already are so we can reach our full potential.
    • Human communication. Learn to communicate at a higher level. Talk with yourself and others so that you become clear on your objectives. This will create deeper understanding to those around you and allow your personal thought to develop.
    • Awareness. The more you become aware the greater your purpose. Too many of us navigate ourselves through this life unconsciously. No knowing what we are doing or why. This kind of behaviour is causing more suffering and regret than it is worth. Spend more time in mindfulness practice to assist you in becoming more conscious every moment. I believe deeply that this is the key to unlocking our full potential in life.
    • Leadership tips. A few lessons on leadership were shared by Justin. One that stood our to me was the idea of leading from the front line. The idea also that leadership qualities can be translated to how well we direct our own lives. Do as you say you will do. Be integral to your word. You will be a better leader to yourself and others in doing so.
