    Challenging yourself regularly is a great way to condition yourself and strengthen yourself in times of controversy & adversity. Its also a known way to learn, grow and improve yourself. Through challenge can we truly transform ourselves.

    This is what the Challenge2Transformation is all about. Doing something that you’ve been wanting to do for some time but been putting off. Changing some aspect of your life that you know will assist you to lead a more fulfilled life. Shaking things up, stepping outside of our comfort zone and living a more purposeful life.

    My challenge is my health. I am either doing really well in this arena or really poor. Well I am probably my own best critic however I really want to raise my level of health to a point of no return. I want to stop this yo-yo health thing that I’ve got going on. And why do it alone.

    It doesn’t matter how big or small your challenge and if you don’t feel like committing to the 3 months that’s fine also, just commit to something.
