  • Summary

Niklas is a young and enthusiasti-action coach who is on his on personal transformational journey and has a great deal to share about life, following you passions and doing what it takes to continually improve yourself.

Not so long ago, life for Nik wasn’t grand. He was nowhere near a meaningful relationship, shy and fearful, worried about what everyone else thinks, bad habits, and lack of exercise and in all no real clue of what he wanted in life.

Then he discovers personal improvement. The idea was to focus on improving in four key aspects important to living a successful life- mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional health. If you just improve 1% each day then over the course of your life you will become a master- the cumulative affects of this are huge. Inspired by James Altucher.

It was from this that he jumped heavily into self-help, which we discuss in this episode as being a key element for all successful people.  We talk about the required steps to following the path in life that you desire. We also discuss why coaching is important, how to make or break habits and freelance writing.

Please reach out to Niklas if you need help with habits and leave your comments, thoughts and questions below. Peace, passion and purpose.

    Key Take Outs

    • Questions. If you feel a little lost and unclear on where you life is heading start-asking questions. If you don’t ask you will not receive the answer. Asking powerful questions will provide you with powerful answers that will help you along on your journey.
    • Self-improvement. This is the key driver behind all success and that is continual and constant learning and self-improvement. For many of us, learning stops when school does, and this is a fundamental mistake in life. Read, learn from others, attend seminars, listen to audio, educate and perhaps even get a coach to help you.
    • Take Action. You will never get out of the funk or be able to get ahead in life without action. Take that first step, take at least 1% of action each day towards improving your life and the effects will not only be noticeable but also life changing.
    • Get a coach. Once you start taking action you may want to consider a coach to  further educate but also to help hold you accountable and fast track you on your journey to success. Coaching can often help you overcome challenges and hurdles, without them you may have delay or stop your progress.
    • Helping others helps you. We talk about the idea of coaching others but a message here is that when you help others you actually further improve yourself. When you teach others you better your skills and in doing so you can always learn something more from them.
    • Keystone habits. This is the idea that by creating one good habit this can have a flow on effect in creating more good habits. One example is simply just making the bed each morning; this can lead to greater disciplines in other areas of your life.
    • Sales, prospect & hustle. If you wish to build and audience or create more business you can’t establish a platform and wait for them to come. The truth is that with so many choices you may find yourself waiting for some time. You need to hustle baby, make people aware you exist and have them know what you do.
    • Top Habit forming tips. Be specific about what you want, break it down into bite size pieces, make is simple to start, remove the hurdles, this will help you to get started and from there you will be able to build momentum.
