Jonathan Robinson understands that life is stressful however believes that love shouldn’t be. The pace of modern life leaves so little time to truly connect with our partners, yet the need for good communication has never been greater. Most of us have had little to no training in how best to communicate in ways that foster deep trust and intimacy.
In this interview, I discuss Jonathan’s newest book, More Love, Less Conflict. Jonathan shares his personal journey as it relates to this field of work and what lead him to write this book. Relationships are a fundamental human need and love is the glue enhances them and effective communication is the solution.

Jonathan Robinson is a psychotherapist, bestselling author of 12 books, and has been a frequent guest on Oprah and CNN. Articles about him have appeared in Newsweek and USA Today, and his work has been translated into 47 languages. He specializes in providing people with practical and powerful methods that can change their lives. His latest book is “More Love, Less Conflict.”

The purpose of human life is twofold. Find peace and lvoe within yoruself and to the extect that you’ve found that try to be of help to the people around you.

Listening to what im supposed to be doing and taking those inner message and being active in the world.
