Key Take Outs
- Keep it simple. Health complexity for ease of implementation and sustainability. Health and wellness are big players at the moment and with all the information out there it can be difficult to assess which is right for you. It can also be rather complex. Experience, learn, and adopt what works best for you – for me that’s based on how I feel.
- Know how you want to feel. Life is about how we feel. How do you want to feel?
- Be your best. Comparison and competition can be healthy in motivating and driving you yet on the flip side it can also be destructive. Whatever you do, do your best and know that you do.
- Words on staying grounded. Don’t become bigger than you are. It’s easy for the ego to attach itself to your sense of importance but sometimes this can become blinding to the truth. It can also stop efforts of action and progression. Know who you are at the core and remain humble in success.
- Commitment, Courage, Capacity & Confidence. This is a great model. Commitment to what you dream and desire, gain the courage to face the challenges along the way, grow your capacity to act and increase your confidence by experience.
- Unrealistic expectations. If you set out with unrealistic expectations, you may be meet with disappointment. When this happens we tend to lose hope or give up. Be real to what you can achieve while still stretching yourself, and make adjustments as you progress.
- Grow your online, offline. Networking is a key to building a thriving online business and that requires time offline. Too much focus and time is spent online but perhaps we should be spending more time offline and going online only when required.
